Hi, my name is Kelly and I’m a nutrition and wellness coach.
I have always been fascinated by the power of food and how it makes us feel. My wellness journey started many years ago as I began searching for a cure for debilitating migraines that I would suffer from every two weeks, leaving me drained and unable to work and look after my family. As my two children began suffering from IBS and anxiety as teenagers, in what seemed an endless cycle of failed treatments and distress, we finally discovered the missing link - our diet.
I never really enjoyed cooking as I didn’t believe I had the skills, but after completing my Diploma in Holistic Wellness Coaching and a Professional Certificate in Food and Nutrition Coaching, I now know how it can be quick, simple and most of all delicious and nutritious. It doesn’t need to be complicated or time consuming to eat fresh, healthy food 80% of the time. Throw in a few treats, avoid the guilt and ditch the diet.
My family and I don’t eat a perfect diet every day, but we are happy, healthy and full of more vitality than ever before.
